Click the reaction. The button springs while particles fly out around it — each time it is turned on. Each particle carries its own --wm-r angle and --wm-d delay, so the burst is uneven — an even one reads as a loading spinner.
The class is wm wm-reaction-burst — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
