Examples
On a Button
Click it or tab to it. A second border inside the first: it marks the selected state (data-wm-active, here toggled by the click) and keyboard focus (:focus-visible), there in 150 ms and staying put, never a loop. A mouse click alone does not show a focus ring — browsers keep :focus-visible for the keyboard — so the click sets the state instead. Like Ghost Out it never moves the element. Set --wm-radius to the button's radius (8px) so the inner edge runs parallel to the outer one.
The class is wm wm-inner-edge — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
