Threshold Breach
Only the bars past the line change colour, and only after they finish growing.

Examples
On a Card
The bars grow, and the ones over the line turn. The colour change runs late on purpose — the breach should be noticed after the chart has settled, not during the build. --wm-accent is the bar colour and --wm-alert your own warning colour. The line sits outside the wm- container, so it does not grow with the bars.
The class is wm wm-threshold-breach — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
