Refunds
If something is wrong with your purchase, write to info@wunderui.com with your order e-mail address. Payments and refunds are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, so an approved refund goes back to the payment method you used. You can cancel a yearly plan at any time in your Polar customer portal; it then ends at the close of the current billing year.
Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU
WunderUI Core, WunderUI Pro and the templates are digital content. Polar sells them as the merchant of record, so its terms describe your statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content the right of withdrawal expires once the download or access begins, if you expressly agreed to that and confirmed that you know you lose the right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB).
