backdrop-filter with a light inner edge. The edge is what makes it read as glass rather than as a blur. Two classes: the bed carries the moving colour, the pane is the glass. The label needs its own shadow — the pane is only 34% opaque, so in light mode the gradient can come up under white type.
The class is wm wm-frosted-pane — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
