On a Card
sibling-index() replaces the hand-set --wm-i on every child, so one rule covers a row of any length and nothing has to be kept in sync when a bar is inserted. Chromium 138+ for now — elsewhere every bar starts together, which still reads fine.
The class is wm wm-sibling-stagger — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
