Row Sweep
Rows arriving once, in order, when the table loads — then the data stands still. 250 ms a row, 30 ms apart, and the stagger stops growing at 300 ms.

Rows arriving in order — one animation with N delays, not a transition per row. The class goes on the TableBody and each TableRow carries --wm-i from its index, so it scales to any page size.
The class is wm wm-row-sweep — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
