A stacked column fills segment by segment. The stagger is tighter than Bar Rise on purpose: the segments of one column should read as one bar being built, not as separate bars.
The class is wm wm-stack-build — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
