On a Button
Needs a solid fill to sweep across — on a plain or ghost button there is nothing for the light to travel over. The dark button flips with the theme, so the sheen is mixed from its own label colour (--text-inverse) and stays visible in both.
The class is wm wm-sheen — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
