Köln overtakes Hamburg: the two rows travel to their new rank while their bars re-scale, and it runs alternate, so the race plays back instead of snapping. --wm-move is the distance between rows — your row pitch, which CSS cannot read off the layout — and --wm-from is where each bar starts, as a fraction of its final width.
The class is wm wm-bar-race — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
