One bar wipes in from the left, flips its transform-origin, and wipes out to the right, uncovering the figure on the way. The origin flip at the halfway mark is the whole trick. Keep the element w-fit — stretched across the card, the bar would cover the card instead of the figure. Add data-wm="once" to play it a single time on arrival.
The class is wm wm-curtain — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
