A tint running down the rows after a sort by Amount. It says “these moved” without moving anything, which is what you want when the positions have already changed under the user. --wm-surface is the row's resting fill — the card, here.
The class is wm wm-sort-wave — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
