On a Button
It replaces the button's own fill, so use it on exactly one button per screen. The gradient stops are deep on purpose: white label text over a lighter rainbow drops under 4.5:1, and this one holds 5.6:1 at every position.
The class is wm wm-spectrum — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
