Goes on the container; each direct child is a bar and gets its own delay from its position, so the bars light up in order like a live strength reading. Works for any number of segments up to six.
The class is wm wm-signal-bars — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
