The cloud arrives, then the fit line draws through it. Drawing the line after the points is what makes it read as a conclusion rather than as decoration. The plot keeps a fixed 5 : 2 ratio so the points (in %) and the line (in viewBox units) stay on the same grid at any width.
The class is wm wm-scatter-reveal — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
