On a Command
The palette arrives out of a blur, then the rows land one after another. Two animations on one clock — the panel first, because the rows have nowhere to land until it is there. The class goes on Command; each item's content is a data-wm-row with its --wm-i.
Suggestions
The class is wm wm-command-cascade — the first half is the marker the trigger and reduced-motion rules hook into, the second is the effect.
